Had this on tap at Pizza Plant in Williamsville. I had never heard of this before and it sounded interesting. Pours a slightly cloudy golden orange colour with very thin white head. Some streaks of lacing around the glass. Poor head retention. Smells quite spicy, clove and some citrus. Some yeastiness there too in the aroma. Flavour is a bit sweet. Very mild flavour for a saison, but nice enough. Thin mouthfeel.

From 3/6/10 notes. Had at a local DC tasting.

a - Pours a hazy golden color with a little bit of white head.

s - Wheat, spices, yeast.

t - Follows the nose...mostly yeast and spices. also some fruity citrus.

m - Light body with low carbonation. Little bit dry.

d - Not bad, but not a great saison. Lots of yeast and spice to this one...nothing to seek out.
