(Served in an American pint glass)
A- This beer had a dark coppery-brown body with a light creamy off-white head that faded quickly. The body had a clear body but was just a bit darker than I was expecting.
S- The smell of toasted malt with a faint hint of green hops.
T- The taste of slightly caramelized malt with some light toasted grain hints was in the initial taste. The finish had a light hop flavor with a bit of grapefruit. The finish had that nugget taste from using malt extract with a hint of sourness.
M- This beer had a medium mouthfeel with a slight fizz to it.
D- This beer had a good lightly toasted malt quality with some soft nice hops. The slight sour and nugget notes in the finish really need to go.
