Hazy amber orange color with a thick head with good retention.
Woah, it has an incredible predominant aroma of blue cheese. This is new. And don’t stop there: hints of bacon.
And it keeps surprising, bold flavor of lactic and acid lime with smoked and funky notes and blue cheese again.
Light body with good carbonation and an acid sensation.
Awesome beer in all senses, the blue cheese in both aroma and taste, and the rauchy notes on a Berliner Weisse. Beer Geeks, you got to try this. I am glad, they helping not to let die those forgotten styles.

At Eli Cannon's in Middletown CT

A - Cloudy yellow pour with a fizzy white foam head. Some lacing is noted. Carbonation is visible.

S - Scents of sour fruit and peat malt. This has some smell of bbq and burnt wood.

T - Similar to the scent this is a blend of sour notes and a pronounced smoky malt flavor. There is a bit of wheat flavor that is unfiltered.

M - Feels carbonated and light. Leaves smoky flavors in your jowls.

O - Interesting beer and worth trying. Never had a smoky Berliner Weiss before.
