Nice foamy, creamy head. A really rich and rustic flavor. Not super smooth, and a bit of an aftertaste but overall a decent saison for Brooklyn.

The beer comes in a hazy yellow color.
The aroma has tropical fruits, pine and citrus like an IPA.
The flavor follows on the front with that intense pine, tropics, and citrus. Then it moves onto spice, yeast, and breadiness as expected from a saison on the back end.
A really fun blend between a saison and IPA.
