A wine barrel-aged, lightly tart ale with a funky side. We call it farmhouse-style, not farmhouse, because it was actually aged in a garage in Red Hook. This brew spent seven months in barrels with our house culture of brettanomyces.

The wine taste is more prevalent than the funkiness of a typical saison. It almost had a bit of sourness. It's interesting and pretty good, but not very true to the style
