Pours a hazy light copper with less than a half finger of head. The nose has distinct notes of both bold citrus fruit and hops. The flavor is syrupy sweet.
I hate the over-use of the word "cloying," but it's really the only way to accurately describe this mess.

Pours a slightly cloudy orangish yellow with a huge white cap. Very nice lacing. Aroma is a mix of tropical and citrus fruits. Flavor follows the nose, very sweet tropical fruits with some malty base. Feel is rather thick, with adequate carbonation. Overall a decent beer but a bit too sweet and sticky.

L: Had this beer on-tap at Capital Ale House - Innsbrook, poured into a pint glass. Had an orange / yellow color and a mostly hazy consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy head that quickly dissipated. Below average lacing.
S: A pretty good aroma of hops, citrus fruit, malt, tropical fruit, and booze.
T: Tasted of a bit of malt (mostly in the finish; overpowered by the other elements), a good amount of tropical fruit (mango, in particular), a good amount of citrus fruit (grapefruit and orange, especially), some booze, and a good shot of hops. An unusual, if oddly enjoyable flavor. Not really an NE IPA fruit bomb taste, but still interesting. Tasty.
F: A fair amount of carbonation with a slightly slick finish. Medium-bodied.
O: Not your typical NE IPA, but worthwhile. Drinkable.

Notes via stream of consciousness: So this is a "New England-style Triple India pale ale"? I'm not sure I've ever had one. How strong is it? Geezbus, it's 11.8% ABV! Ahh, I also see that it notes zero IBUs, and that it's contract brewed by Victory Brewing Co. It's poured a murky, golden & dark orange body beneath an inch or so of yellowed-white foam. The aroma is hoppy but not really that bright. It's citrusy, malty, and somewhat herbal. I clearly get the alcohol but it doesn't seem hot. I'm also finding some distinct orange that's making me think of Triple Sec. On to the taste... wow, it's sweet. Perhaps zero IBUs wasn't such a good idea in such a big and malty beer. Triple NEIPA? Nah, I don't know what this is but it's not that. I'm thinking more barleywine but that doesn't fit either. OK, let me get my bearings and actually taste this beast... the orange remains and it's a bit like orange marmalade with a splash of vodka on top. The malt is bready, maybe even doughy, but really more biscuity. The label states that it's brewed with Citra, Galaxy, Mandarina Bavaria, and Idaho 7 (in "hop hash" form). I can see the Citra, and the Galaxy as well, and there's a little bit of tropical from the Idaho 7 but it's really the direct orange of Mandarina Bavaria that I get. I think there's so much malt there that the hops just can't get through it in terms of showing a wide ranging complexity. That seems like a waste of hops, but who knows what it might be like with a less complicated hop bill. It's an interesting beer on its own, not thinking of any specific style. "Malty Sweet & Strong Citrusy Ale" would probably be how I'd label it. I've only drank about 6 ounces of it though and I'm done. I'd like to think that it could be a nice after dinner sipper, replacing my usual barleywine or Imperial stout but I'm finding it a little bit cloying, just a little, and I fear it will become more so as it warms. In the mouth it's medium-full in body and dextrinous. It reminds me or an apertif, and I could also see a small glass as a dessert beer. It might also make a good ingredient drizzled over a cake or something, but just as a beer to drink on it's own I'm not feeling it. The carbonation lends a gentle zest to the tongue but I'm longing for a little bit more. Sweet orange lingers in the finish for quite some time, although some minor tea-like character appears once it starts to dry - entirely due to the alcohol as there is no bitterness. Hmmmmm. I can't really recommend this beer other than suggesting you try it to see if you like it, and yet at the same time I can't just trash it score-wise as it does have some merit. I'm giving it points for creativity.

Is this a joke? The copy I tasted, can date Jan 27/2020 is ridiculously sweet.
Don't bother, you will be disappointed.
There is not a whit of redeeming character in this beer.
It's crap.

Poured into a grip shaped goblet: color is straw gold, hazy but not thick, head is bright white and initially presents with 2+ inch head, then dissipates to a more manageable 1/4 inch, head laces the glass, solid top remains.
Smell is light tangerine, citrus pith, maybe grass and herbal notes, sweet note as well, subdued.
Taste is tangerine and citrus, overripe tropical fruit, some herbal and pine notes, big sweetness with some lactose, full lingering sweetness, minimal malt and alcohol.
Mouthfeel is low carbonation, big sweetness, low bitterness, no boozy burn.
Overall - I'm rating more towards a middle ground of styles as this seems leans toward dipa and barleywine - big, hoppy in flavor, sweet, low burn, lighter bitterness, aroma is a bit light.

$ 4.00 (Including tax)/16 oz can ($ 0.250/oz). Purchased 5/15/20 from Franklin Beer, Franklin, PA. On shelf at store. Reviewed 5/21/20.
Stamped on bottom of can “CANNED 28 JAN 2020 BB 26 JUL 2020”. Stored at home upside down at 42 degrees and served at 45 degrees in a hand washed and dried Jester King snifter. Final temperature 56 degrees.
Appearance – 3.5.
First pour – Pale gold (SRM 4), hazy.
Body –Between pale and deep gold (SRM 5), opaque. When held to direct light, translucent.
Head – Large (Maximum six cm, aggressive center pour), off white, medium density with many surface rocks, average retention, diminishing to an seven to nine mm ragged crown and a thin complete cap with many rocks. Small pieces of foam remain hanging on the side of the glass.
Lacing – Good. Narrow band of tiny bubbles connected by thin columns. See also above.
Aroma – 3.5 – Very weak citrus and medium hop resinousness, no malt, no yeastiness.
Flavor – 3.25 – Begins with a light tropical sweetness short of cloying, no malt, no yeast. The hops contribute pure resin and no citrus flavors – this can is nearly four months old – flavors have mellowed in nothingness. No alcohol (11.8% ABV, as marked on the label) taste or aroma but an unpleasant gastric burning occurs. No diacetyl or dimethylsulfide.
Palate – 3.5 – Medium, short of syrupy, soft carbonation.
Final impression and summation: 3.5 A six-month date is incredibly optimistic since the only flavor remaining is the resinous hop hash – the citrusness is just a delusion. The label has fairly simple design and a little information about the hops used and the process.
