Aroma is fruit, malts and sweet citrus. The flavor is fruit, mild caramel/toffee, slightly nutty malts and a sweet/kind of Mountain Dew/7up soda finish.

Good lookin' beach beer....slightly hazy straw gold on the pour, with ample head and lacing. Aroma is lemon-lime and hops. Taste is complex for a lager, with notes of bread, lemon-lime and hops. Finish is crisp and slightly bitter. An enjoyable brew and one that I would buy again.

Not what I expected. Malty and small hint of lemon/lime more subtle. Closer to IPA in flavor but lighter body. I don't feel like it is a lager. However for the price of 6.99 for a six pack at Broudy's liquor on sale it was well worth it!

A very light gold color.Nose is candied sweetness, lemon zest, maybe a touch of malt. Taste is like a lemon starburst. Much sweeter than the smell, with a slightly bitter finish. I did not like this. It tasted like one of those 9.5% fruity imperial IPA's without the alcohol. I would not buy this again.

From the bottom of the can: "BEST BY SEP 4 24 PBG24064 17:01 FL"

Appearance: The body of the beer is a beautiful medium shade of gold with good clarity and a good deal of parallax. It has a lot of visible carbonation. The head is large, fluffy, and mostly white. It looks white but it has just a slight hint of off-white when viewed up close. Nice retention and some clumps of lacing. It's a fantastic looking beer.

Aroma: It has a key lime pie aroma. It is a simple and one-note beer but what it offers smells nice; lime.

Taste: There is a bit of spicy hop flavor up front with a bit of what tastes like wheat. Almost like a wheat flour flavor up front. The middle of the palate has a light bit of cracker flavor and there is a light hint of nondescript citrus. It's really hard to pin down an actual citrus flavor towards the middle of the mouth because it immediately rolls into a bitter lime peel towards the back which greatly dominates the palate. That bitter lime peel flavor at the end is strong.

Mouthfeel: It has a medium-light and smooth body which is easy to drink but it feels too soft for the bitterness and flavors of the beer. It almost feels like the beer is muted by the softer textures.

Overall: This is an interesting beer because a person would probably see this and think that it's a light bodied citrus beer that feels crisp and is great for the summer. The can even states that this is "SUPER CRUSHABLE." This beer is actually a lot smoother and more bitter-forward rather than crisp and citrus-forward. It's still a good beer but this would probably be a bigger hit with a person that enjoys an IPA than a person who normally shoves a lime in a cerveza.

I still think people would enjoy this beer but oddly enough this would probably work well as a late autumn leaf raking beer rather than a poolside beer in the hot sun.

Hard to believe I’m rating a beer from sixpoint a 5 out of 5, but this beer is amazing. Exactly as described hint of lemon and lime very easy drinking super refreshing with a great taste at a solid abv. Summer beer 100%!

12oz can. Can bottom stamp is 'BEST BY AUG 22 23'. Sampled on 8/3/23.
Clear, pale gold colored body. Thin finger of white head, which is longer lasting. Leaves behind horizontal strings of lacing.
Aroma of faint citrus and toasted malts.
Taste is lemon/lime and cracker malt. Slightly sweet, and low bitterness.
Medium mouth feel. Crisp and clean. Very good carbonation.
The citrus adds a pleasant touch to the base lager. Quite refreshing.

12oz can. This Mexican-style lager is brewed with a hefty dose of lemon and lime. There’s no ingredients list on the can or website so I can’t tell whether it’s pulp or flavourings (I suspect the latter) but the effect is pretty strong. Clean, pale, high clarity, subtly sweet, low bitterness, smooth mouthfeel, refreshing. Doesn’t benefit from warming (gets a bit cloying) so best drunk as cold as possible. Solid summertime thirst slaker. Like a better quality lager & lime or lager top.
