On tap at Belgian Café in NYC. Pours amber with white head and nice lacing. Nose of bread crust and green apples. Body is medium and crisp. Taste is of herbal hops, bready malt and some fresh apples. Finish is medium and slightly bitter. Boring brew.

Pours a bright golden straw color with a very small wispy white head. Almost looks flat.
The aroma is quite grainy and has a slight vegatal scent. Some grassy notes from the hops. Aroma reminds me of an adjunct lager.
The flavor is of pale malt with a heavy grain presence. There is an odd herbal note, almost fishy. There is a honey flavor and a very subtle spice. Its rather bland. When I first had a sample of this, I thought it might be a braggot but not sure now. Doesn't seem to be a saison to me.
The beer has a moderate body, with tingly carbonation. It is sweet on the palate but its balanced; some grassy bitterness in the end.
A rather boring beer with no identity. Not sure what this should be

A - Pours golden with tiny bubbles of carbonation. Hazy look about it. Some lacing.
S - Scents of fresh honey, corn, and pepper. Fresh smelling beer.
T - Sweetness of honey, grains, and somne spice are there.
M - Raspy finish, light feel, and peppery bite. I'd love this for a summer BBQ.
O - A straightfoward style that is just done right. Another Sixpoint beer I'd like to have again.

On tap at Pony Bar, NYC. Poured into pint.
Hazy hay color, bitter "sixpoint" aroma...but good.
Taste is very good...hay, yeasty, and slightly bitter. Really nice and balanced. My favorite sixpoint to date. Well worth a try it if you see...

Had on-tap at Rattle N Hum in NYC on 11/17/11.
Review taken from notes.
This beer pours a nice golden yellow color. It has a finger of white head floating on top. The head has good retention, and it leaves some scattered lace behind on the glass. The nose starts off with some sweet malt and some grassy earthiness. There are some black pepper, citrus, and some mild hop aromas. Also, there is also some honey and a bit of funkiness. The taste follows the nose pretty well. It starts off with the malty sweetness, grassiness, and a mild hop flavor. There is a little bit of spic, funk, and citrus. The finish leaves some earthy bitterness and a touch of citrus lingering on the palate. This has a medium body and good carbonation. It goes down easy and has a nice smooth quality to it. It has some honey sweetness and a nice amount of earthy bitterness. There is a little bit of an herbal quality here as well. This has really nice drinkability. It is definitely and easy drinker, and the flavor is quite nice. Overall, I think it is a really good beer, and I would buy it again. I recommend trying it out.

this one was the very first beer of sixpoint that i got to try on tap at max's and i loved it i went back for one more! :-)
poured a real golden color and it had a nice uneven head on the top and smelled like fresh grass and honey and spice
the taste was just phenomenal real herbal and peppery and even had some honey in there :-)
the mouthfeel was a little bit dry and tart but it had a nice texture to it
overall i don't know what is preventing me from giving this a perfect score but perhaps its because i don't have access to it all the time to guage how it would be over time! :-) anyways what a great craft beer

I had this on-tap at Max's, poured into a sample glass.
Appearance: Pours a mildly cloudy yellow with a little off white head and nice lacing.
Smell: Sweet with some honey and sour citrus notes. The finish is mildly herbal.
Taste: Reminds me a bit of an adjunct lager. It a lot better, but that's the first thing that came to mind. There is some malt and hop bitterness with a mild citrus note.
Mouthfeel: A bit thin with tingly carbonation and a mildly dry finish.
Overall: I didn't love it. It was light and easy to drink, but not very interesting. I won't be searching this one out again.

Got to try this one over at Get Real NY. Says it's a Belgian Farmhouse style. Never heard of this one. Poured hazy orange gold in color. Tight white head. Big black pepper and grassy aroma. Big on the funk in the beginning. Really dry and tart. Super refreshing. I like this a lot. I wish it had a little more pop in the mouth and finish. But overall super crisp and refreshing especially on a hot day like this.
