660ml brown bottle, 6% IPA
color is amber, orange. very little head, off white, that dont really stick to my pint. Low carbonation, almost completely flat.
Smell: hop.sweet smell,caramel or so..malty
Taste: not in your face taste. taste seems far away, lost somewhere, watery as well for the style. Citrus note. bitterness is present but not totally on the right place.
mouthfeel. furred tongue, pasty after-taste
flat and citrus taste.
Drinkability is alright, even if this IPA need more body.

Another bottle from my trip to Quebec. MCV IPA pours with a small off white head, does not have much retention or lacing. Has a copper/orange color.
Smells of toffee, bready malts, floral and slightly citric hops.
Tastes of light bitter hops, malt sweetness and caramel. I was not sure what to expect when I grabbed this beer so I was not that disappointed but I was hopping it would have been a good pick.

Color: Copper color.
This beer produced very little head and there was no to very little carbonation. Strange looking, if you ask me.
Nonetheless, the taste was not bad. Mouthfeel was very smooth (they advertise this) which is probably due to the very little to no carbonation.
There is very little bitterness, something I'm used with IPA, and I taste very little to no hops! The beer is still very refreshing and I drank very easily the 660 ml bottle.
