Good IPA! Really not too hoppy, but some good spice on the tongue. Nice lacing, but visually underwhelming. It's an imperial and you can tell....it's organic!

I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at Elliott Bay Lake City.
Appearance: medium orange hue with just a little bit of haze and a finger of very creamy ivory foam atop, which sticks around for a good long time. Quite good.
Smell: lightly fruity hop aroma with a little sweetness. Not bad, but a bit too light.
Taste: nicely fruity hops with a moderate bitterness and creamy sweetness. I really like it.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a big carbonation and nicely creamy feel.
Overall: this IPA really works for me. Good stuff!

Pint poured out of a growler user a Tap It Cap (first time). Growler was filled about an hour ago, so it's pretty fresh. Hasn't been refrigerated since it left the keg, so it's not super cold.
Pours with a big head, maybe due to low expertise with the Tap It Cap. Clear, golden/bronze, not much carbonation. Smell is nice, citrus and a little tropical, somewhat muted.
Taste is very bitter, lots of pine. Sweetness is certainly there, but a little in the background. A little honey sweetness. Pretty nice.
Mouthfeel is surprisingly creamy, or fluffy. Overall, this is very good.
