~5oz sample poured inexpertly from a growler with a tap-it-cap + CO2 cartridge. Growler was filled yesterday, a beer poured yesterday.
Pours slightly hazy golden with a pretty big white head. Fades slowly. Smell is bananas, slight clove or cilantro or coriander or something, yeast.
Taste is bananas primarily, slight yeastiness, slight funk, lemon zest bitterness very late, a little of that coriander flavor.
Mouthfeel is smooth. Overall, pretty good.
