On tap at the LCW Brewpub.

A - Served a dark orange with a one inch white head that lingers and fades to about half.

S - Not much here, served pretty cold. Finally some grass, malts, and sweet bread tones come out.

T - Grass, earthy, more grass.

D - A touch bitter, good carb with a medium body.

O - Pretty average all around. Grassy and earthy with not much going on.

A: Poured a golden color with good carbonation and a nice white cap

S: Faint hops, grains mainly

T: Sordove grassy, flat on hops and taste. Caramel and some grass were the main notes on this beer but it was pretty boring

M: Hop bite on the end is ok but the feel and flavor was just off

D: Average at best

This tiresome IPA delivers very little in hop flavor or aroma. The smell is punky and swamp-like and quickly repels interest. The taste is tea-like and grassy - almost chlorophyllic. It is undercarbonated clear copper-bronze with scant suds and a papery mouthfeel. In a word - uninspired.
