12oz cask pour at their Burien location
Clear golden in color with little head and little carbonation activity. Smell is mild, surprisingly grainy and sweet.
Taste is dominated by bitterness, but with an interesting creamy sweetness in the background.
Mouthfeel is creamy and smooth, thick. Overall, pretty good.

Hops spend a lot of time on my mind, so I'm glad someone named a hoppy beer after a central region of my brain. Hoppus Callosum is a burnished copper beer of complete surrender to lupulus. Hop flavor is blissfully exaggerated with sticky-sweet hop resins in hyperabundance. And the pinesap aroma is hypnotic.
Despite the extreme hop flavor, bittering is casual and drinkability is assured. A very successful imperial. Drink enough of these and you'll be oozing lupulus from your pores.
