On nitro tap in lake city. Great head, per expectations. Love this. But I love all coffee stouts. Great coffee flavor; maybe not so good texture. I'd expect it to be creamier.

On tap at EBB Burien. Poured to a standard pint glass from a nitro-tap.
A - Very dark brown to black pour, with a thick, almost foamy, tan head.
S - A very rich coffee nose rolling over a dark roasted malt undercurrent. The coffee is much more predominant than the roast scent.
T - Strong, sweet coffee flavor, chased by sweet chocolatey hints, and roasted malt.
M - Creamy and smooth, with a thick heavy body.
D - Excellent breakfast, dessert, or ice cream float beer. The intensity of flavor and heavy body may make you want to stop at just one.

Poured a jet black with a smooth creamy brown head. looked good. Nose is big coffee, I mean hearty coffee not just some random coffee beans. Roasted malts present. Taste is like Folgers in your cup. Like big fresh, black coffee beans, it smells like Folgers coffee. Tasted roasted malt, cocoa but the coffee on notro was key and it was very good. Mouthfeel is creamy, light boze and very filling. Very good.
