Light color, a little haze. Looks like pond water with a golden tint. Smells like peach skin and dishwater. The taste is cleaner: warm, sweet, and refreshing with plenty of juice. Decent body on it, though a little juicy. Enough bubbles to keep me drinking. Nothing too much either bad or good to say here. A very average fruit beer.

On tap at Sippi's American Grill in Davenport, IA on 04/17/17. Paired with grilled pork tenderloin, coleslaw, and sweet potato fries. Large fluffy head does not dissipate for several minutes. Very cloudy appearance. Peaches are foremost in the aroma and flavor, but not to an overpowering or cloying degree. The high quality of the unfiltered German base ale is apparent. The mouthfeel is creamy and silky smooth. Well done!

Aroma - Initially you get fresh peaches. Followed by the smell of a faint wheat.
Appearance - This pours a cloudy yellow. Sediment is seen as you pour. A small head is seen but quickly disappeared.
Flavor - Initially you get the peach you thought you would. I got a bit of a hoppy and tart after taste.
Mouthfeel - It was medium bodied. Carbonation level was high for me.
Overall - This beer is what I expected. Not too much peach but just enough. It's not super sweet. Great beer if fruity beer is your thing or just need something different.

P: pours light golden with a head that disappears quickly
S: can certainly smell the peach and the sweet lager smell of a kolsch but not as strong as I expected.
T: wow, did not like this. taste like peach skin. very little kolsch or any beer flavor to speak of.
F: fairly highly carbonated, thin bodied]
O: did not like this. Actually had trouble finishing it, really disappointing

Mill Stream Fuzz on tap at the Omaha Tap House. Served in a unique house styled glass, the beer is a chill hazed light yellow with a sticky white head.
Nose of peaches and grains.
Lots of peach on the initial taste. It's sweet but not overpowering or artificial. It's a bit grainy in the finish and that adds some balance. This is a pretty delicate beer.
The mouth is crisp with a medium body.
This is well executed and in interesting spin on a kolsch.

Pours the color of cloudy urine, or pale apple juice - whichever is more appetizing to you - with appreciable haze and a tight, creamy 1 finger head. The head dissipates rapidly into a small ring and leaves sparse lacing. The opacity is 20%.
Fuzzy navel orange right out front on the nose, it just makes your mouth water. Hazy unfiltered wheat notes follow faintly. I'm scoring this category high, this is impressive.
The pale side of this Kolsch comes out in the flavor, and for those who are worried that this will be a sweet beer your fears can be stilled. The peach takes a back seat, all the way to the back of the bus, and it ends on a very respectable bready note. For all intents, this beer is quite hoppy with sharp notes. Other detectable flavors are cracker, yeast, and slight Spalt hop.
The feel is medium bodied, creamy, yet super carbonated. The beer drinks well.
Overall, Millstream Fuzz is a pretty appreciable Kolsch that while I may not be on the run to purchase more, I'd gladly have it again.
