Amber orange color with a thick thin head with medium retention.
Mild aroma with predominant but elegant notes of cashew fruit, bread and flowers.
Flavor with notes of mild cashew fruit, orange citrusy, lemon, wheat, white pepper and pine.
Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Light to medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Positive surprise. This was very pleasant. The cashew fruit was not overdone and it matched perfectly with the overall recipe.
