Pours a thin head on a clear golden colored body.
The aroma is fire-roasted hatch chilies. Amazing.
The taste has a mild barley flavor and then the roasted chilies take over with a touch of honey sweetness at the end. The chili flavor is mostly the smoke and roast without much heat.
The texture is soft with moderate carbonation.
A great chili beer that is drinkable.
