Poured from bottle into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a golden amber color with a tiny fizzy white head. The head fades almost instantly leaving just wisps of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is biggest of a wheat bread smell with some vanilla aromas mixed within. Along with these smells is a bit of grain and hay as well as a light grassy smell.
Taste – The taste is heaviest of a grainy wheat taste with a moderate cream sweetness. The vanilla is present upfront and remains throughout the taste, but is always is somewhat subtle and is never all that showing. Toward the end the graininess begins to fade a bit and the tastes take on a smoother bread flavor. With a little increase in the creamy sweetness as well as a bit of caramel, one is left with a smooth wheat taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – Both the body and the carbonation are rather average overall, and for the lighter abv., subtle vanilla, and wheat tastes the feel makes for a nice flavor accentuating feel all while maintaining a great drinkability.
Overall – A very approachable wheat beer that has hints of vanilla mixed within. This makes for a nice and flavorful more session style brew.

12 oz bottle from Lifesource Natural Grocer in Salem OR $1.59 Pours a nice honeyish gold colour with a gorgeous thick and creamy white head. Not picking up much aromas..some sweet corn and maybe a touch of vanilla ice cream. Taste creamy honey a touch of ginger and ends with a smooth vanilla that tastes natural not outrageously sweet like some brewers do. Nice smooth yet well carbonated mouth feel. I am going against the grain but i actually liked this simple soft beer.

Clear pale gold with three fingers of white head that lasts for ten minutes.
Smell is sweet malt and a bare hint of vanilla.
Taste is bread like malt with a bit of wheat sourness. There are a light amount of hop bitterness and a touch of vanilla.
Mouthfeel is close to medium with good carbonation level. Finish is light dryness and bitter.
Overall a tasty beer just don't expect a bunch of vanilla flavor.
