I had this one on tap at the 15th Avenue Hophouse in Portland. It was served in 16oz Pilsner glass, the beer is bright gold with great clarity. It has a very sticky white head.
Nose of fresh grains and floral hops.
The beer is crisp with some grains, minerals and slightly peppery hops. Becomes bitterer mid glass but never gets out of balance.
The mouth is great with a bit of heft.
I think this is a nice take on a German Pilsner!

Pours a thin head on a clear straw body.
The aroma is clean grains.
The taste starts with a dull metallic bitterness, then honey sweetness for great balance.
The texture is crisp with a fizzy feel.
Nice.

Exceptionally pale yellow with vigorous carbonation, a light white head, fogged body, and full abstract lace. This simple session lager has a sustained head, a light appealing aroma, and enough Saaz to keep your feet tapping. Could use a catchier name though.
Served on tap at the Siskiyou Pub, Ashland, OR.
