Look: Semi-clear light orange with a lively head that dissipates fairly quickly to a film, leaving good lacing clung to the glass
Aroma: Tangerine, blueberries, grapefruit, sweet bready malt, a little pine, gooseberries, and some Cannabis
Taste: Tangerine, blueberry, pine, grapefruit, and dank herb come on strong while waves of sweet malt enter and exit the frame. The second wave of flavor is pure mixed berries to me and closes with lots of pine-led conifer and citrus along with a substantial bite
Mouthfeel: Full, some slickness, medium-high carbonation, and medium-strong dryness on the finish
Overall: I dig it. Honestly, I bought this because Caldera is underrated in my opinion and also because this particular brew has a hilarious name and logo that consists of a hop cone with eyes that is wearing a surgical mask. The beer itself is a bitter but light WCIPA with lots of berry notes, a good malt base, and a nice, lower ABV of 5.9%. Recommended and as the can states, “Burp in your mask? Might as well be an IPA burp”
