Served on-tap at La Mare au Diable.
Opaque black brew with a decent tan head, but it's a dim place so it may seemed darker than it really was.
Aroma is roasty with some bitter coffee notes.
I find that this beer tastes a bit watered down. Roasted flavours blend with a subdued bitterness. There is also a bit of a sour note near the end. Mouthfeel is on the thin side, with moderate carbonation.
Nothing special here. Not bad, but not worth seeking out.
