Served on-tap at La Mare au Diable. This is a new offering, strong belgian style ale flavoured with coriander and curaçao.
Hazy orange brew with a nice white head.
Aroma is dominated by coriander with some bready yeast notes.
Flavour is somewhat one-dimensional - citrus, citrus, citrus. It's almost closer to lemonade than beer. Fairly sweet, with well-concealed alcohol that warms the throat. Carbonation is moderate and mouthfeel is thick.
Drinkable but unbalanced.
