Pours a deep straw haze, fine head. Doesn't really have much of a smell, kind of strange. Tastewise, this is one of the most bizarre IPAs I've ever drank. Honestly such a complex mixture of flavors I can't even put a finger on any notes. Dry mouthfeel, dirty finish. It's interesting, but not my preference.

The body displays an impressively, fairly solidly opaque maize compared to my last "hazy" Flying Monkeys beer, and without rolling the can--imagine that! The moderate off-white foam head leaves thick cobweb lacing all over the glass, which is the best feature I can report about any of their beers. Weird.
Compared to the full on cat piss and dirty carpet of Freakshow, this has a little more pine wood and shortbread, overall translating as a little more delicate, subtle, and spicy, with a touch of pleasant sweetness. It's got a kind of a deciduous character with some under ripe mango, while not having too bitter of a hop bite at all.
The medium-light body is crisp and crackly, finishing paper dry, even chalky.

473ml can - brewed with a whole whack of Australian and South African hops that I do not care all that much to categorize here.
This beer pours a murky, pale golden yellow colour, with a teeming tower of puffy, rocky, and bubbly off-white head, which leaves some decent high-flying Swiss Cheese pattern banded lace around the glass as it slowly sinks out of sight.
It smells of gritty and grainy cereal malt, muddled domestic citrus rind, some damp minerality, and plain earthy, grassy, and piney green hop bitters. The taste is grainy and crackery pale malt, a mixed melon and citrus fruitiness, some hard water flinty esters, and more leafy, musty, and verdant piney hoppiness.
The carbonation is adequate in its palate-coating frothiness, the body a solid medium weight, and mostly smooth, with nothing really a cause for concern at this particular juncture. It finishes off-dry, but not by much, as the foreign frooty notes keep on keepin' on.
Overall - this comes across as a rather resplendent IPA, the multivariate hops doing well to maintain my interest in the project, as such. Worth checking out, as this world of ours gets both smaller, and bigger, by each goddamned minute of late.

Who doesn’t love a wizard? ;)
Poured from a Feb 2020 can this one shows pineapple sunset gold with fine collar and decent bubbling. Special shout out for a wild can art as well. Nose is classic monkeys with pineapple fruit lead and light grassy finish. African and Australian hops apparently. Taste is light here will really do well in the summer months likely from the lactose blending. Not quite as bitter as I like my IPAs but fine nonetheless.

Lovely pour and perfect head retention. The nose is off-putting and smells of blue cheese and stinky feet. The taste if a bit different than I am used to, with apricot seed mixed with wood and the aforementioned cheese, but in here, in the taste, it works much better than in the nose. The aftertaste is very good.
Overall a nice beer on point to the style. Well done!

Another giant fruit bomb of an IPA. Which is OK because I like giant fruit/citrus bomb IPAs. The smell is tropical fruit Pineapple and Mango.
Dark golden and hazy. No head retention on a brilliant white head.

16 oz can poured into a stemless wine glass.
Yellow cloudy color with a 2 finger off white head. Decent lacing sticks to the sides of the glass.
Smells of light citrus , melon, grain and yeast.
Taste follows the nose. Pretty tasty but on the mild side. Interesting mix of hops.
Mouthfeel is medium-light. Carbonation works well.
Not a bad brew by any means but in a crowded ass field, this one does not stand out.

Appearance similar to grapefruit juice, opaque and yellowish. The smell is bitter and citrusy. The taste follows the nose but adds a generous dose of hops and tropical notes. Not my favourite style but this one is ok

Pours cloudy light orange with a chunky, everlasting head. Orange creamsicle and tropical fruit in the nose. Juicy, mango, peach, pineapple, green apple hops in the taste with a sturdy malt counter balance and a bit of boozy spiciness. The mouthfeel is full bodied with active, creamy carbonation. Medium bitterness and lingering creamy sweetness and tropical fruit in the finish.
A nice IPA that isn't a cookie cutter NE IPA. A bit sweeter than most. Worth a try.
