Two 5 0z samples at Gambrinus Bistro & Cafe. Deep murky brown with a creamy and thin foam. Intense dried fruit nose also has alcohol, candy, perfume, and earthy toffee notes. Very sweet with matching intense bitterness. Toffee and butterscotch lead way to alcoholic vanilla and dried pit fruits. Oily and creamy texture (Was this pulse fermented guys?). Quite drinkable for the weight, but it is still a monster. Very good.

This is a seductive sipper. The smell and taste is of vanilla, caramel and mellowed bourbon. Silky smooth mouthfeel, red wine-like viscosity but not heavy. Taste is enhanced as the golden nectar warms. Given I associate this microbrewery mainly with hops, I was completely caught off guard by this concoction - I believe anybody (hop-heads, malt-maniacs or beer neophytes) with a refined palate can appreciate this. One of my favorite Ontario draft experiences so far, hands down. Bravo.

Adil's master craftmanship.Grambrinus unadvertised tap for beer geeks. Bourbon and sour aroma with some honey, enticing really. Black body with spider lace, after it warms, a thick head before. Fruity, yeasty, great wine on top of chocolate malt, cola, sugar, dextrose, candi sugar (loads of it), perhaps honey. Perfect carbonation, smooth mouthfeel, dangerously drinkable.Hope he will make this again.
