Dark brown, bubbly tan head, a little bit in the way of lace on the glass. Smell is of roasted malt first and foremost, milk chocolate almost in the way of chocolate milk, a bit of coffee in there leaving a bit of bittersweetness. Taste is quite roasty, lots of chocolatey flavours running from dark to milk chocolate, lactic points but only lightly sour most of which is knocked out but a bit of coffee bean like bitterness. Nice mouthfeel, light carbonation and medium body. This was really good an was finished almost as quickly as it was poured, exceptional milk stout.

On tap at Session 2012, into a tulip.
Black with a light brown head. Mild retention leaving a collar behind, some lacing. Nose is really roasty, lots of cocoa powder and milk chocoalte. Some caramel and creme notes. Taste has more milk chocolate, cocoa powder, with quite a bit of roast. Mouthfeel is outstanding, super creamy and really dense. Fantastically smooth, with a whole lot of lingering roast. Medium low cabronation, an excellent milk stout.
