Deep brown, ring of off white head, basically no lace left behind either. Smell is yeasty with quite a bit of dark fruit with raisin at the forefront, plum/prune, darker sugars with a bit of caramel, gently roasted as well. Taste is yeasty with a bit of spice and fruit, clove, raisin, a bit of cocoa and roast with more emphasis on chocolate in the aftertaste, finishes dry. Light carbonation and feel for the style, a bit thin initially. This was quite nice, really nice mix of flavour and a solid nose, this with a bit more body would be superb.

On tap @ C'est What? Served in pint glass.
Not sure if I classified this right. Seemed like a Dubbel, but might have been a BSDA.
A - Deep brown; completely opaque. A thin layer of light brown head
S - Belgian yeast, dark fruit, raisins and a light clove aroma.
T - Dark fruit, Belgian yeast, light clove, raisin, spice and a hint of chocolate. Slightly warming alcohol presence.
M - Medium body. Chewy. Moderate carbonation.
