On cask at Bar Volo. Fun stuff, very raspberry aroma. Brett with elderberries and rasberries. Tart. Berry colour with a small amount of head, like a rose wine. Malted, a little malted down.Smooth mouthfeel although a bit of water. A Very good cask. Lace at the bottom of the serving.
