A well made IPA from FSB. I really envy the creativity that goes on there. This beer, as the brewer states, is what and IPA would've tasted like, had Germany colonized India, instead of England. Hmmm... Orange red appearance, with a nice white head of foam. Aromas of fresh hops and malts mix with a citrusy sweetness. Taste is highly unique for an IPA, but great nonetheless. Flavors of sweet citrus, hop oils, medium bodied malts and a touch of herbs. Nice. Mouthfeel was slightly oily, likely from the use of 3 hop varieties. Good drinkability. You've got to try this one to believe it! Recommended.
