The colour is golden yellow, the foam two fingers think, white and slowly dissolving into a thin led with some lacing.
The (quite mild) smell got notes of dough, some bitterness and fruity flavours.
The taste is malty with some fruity aroma hops and a growing sweetness. The aftertaste got a bitterness that grows at the same time as the malt disappears.
The carbonation is fresh with small soft bubbles.
If this beer should have had an alcoholic content of 5%, I would have rated it so-so, but at 2.8%, this is in fact an quite impressive lager.
