The colour is pale golden yellow; the large white foam sinks slowly down to a low head with a fizzing sound.
The smell is sweet and malty with some stuffy notes of broth.
The taste is sweet and artificial with some fruity notes. The body is medium, maybe there is some hints of aroma hops. The aftertaste is sweet with some gravy, a hint of bitterness, white loaf and some alcohol.
The carbonation is a little milder than most lager beers, the mouth feel is a bit creamy.
Created as a highly drinkable beer for summer nights. I found it way to sweet for me. In other words, it seems to suit the Swedish audience just perfect.
