The colour is yellow with a hint of gold. The large white airy foam quickly sinks down into a thing ring, leaving some lacing.
A sweet note of corn, loaf and bread dominates the smell. There are also slight notes of wet cardboard and wet wool.
The taste is watery. Some corn sweetness. Hints of paper pulp. The aftertaste got some bitterness, but more of those sweet flavours.
The carbonation is a little stronger than expected. Lots of small bubbles. The liquid is mid-watery.
