The colour is pale straw yellow; the low head is white.
The smell is weak and a bit flowery/sweet. It feels like this beer is not fully fermented. Sweet dough and a touch of apple juice.
The taste is overall weak... Some flowery notes, a bit sweet and a hint of white bread. Some traces of bitter flavours. Unfinished. The aftertaste got a hint of flour.
The carbonation is fresh and strong. Small bubbles. Watery liquid.
