Pours a clear orange with low, fine head.
Smell is very, very light. Fruity with a slight tartness and notes of citrus, wheat dough and apples.
Taste is fruity and very refreshing. Notes of pepper, white bread, apples, citrus and rye with a soft bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a very easy to drink and refreshing saison. Would be an excellent table beer, if not for the ABV.
