A clear light amber brew with a high warm off-white head, good lacing and curtains.
Intense smell of fresh grass and lemonade, herbs and grape-fruit.
Sweet toffee and brown bread, then bitter orange marmalade, grape-fruit juice and much bitter peel.
High carbonation, soft bubbles, smooth texture, a good body and long dry finish.
Clearly a very oppigårdish beer, balance, quality and lots of hops.

The colour is gold (10 EBC), the liquid is clear. The two finger head is compact and off-white. It leaves some lacing while sinking down.
The smell is hoppy, but not as bitter as I had expected. American citric flavours, some pine needles and resin. It is dry, almost harsh.
The taste is all about the hops: It is light as a well-attenuated lager, but hoppy as an APA. Resin, pine needles and a medium strong bitterness. Cookies and hints of green fruits. Light to medium body. The aftertaste is surprisingly short with an elegant bitterness, some dry green flowers and fruits and hints of lime and grapefruit peels. The finish is dry with fine bitter notes.
The carbonation is strong; the bubbles small. The liquid is light and dry.
Lighter, drier and less bitter than I had expected. Still a solid American hoppy lager with great drinkability.
