Light golden color with a thin somewhat fluffy head with short retention.
Mild and neutral pale lager aroma with hints of grains and faint hops.
Flavor with notes of faint spicy hops, mild malt sweetness and lemon drops. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness.
Light to watery body with appropriate carbonation.
This felt like a Light Pale Lager (as opposed to Light Adjunct Lager) which I believe it was their proposal. Low malt, low hops and low alcohol. Lacks flavor, but also lacks off-flavors. Good cost benefit and marketed to who wants to drink a pure malt beer, but really likes adjunct lagers.
