golden yellow with a very small white head. very spicy. white peppercorn and a chamomile quality. full of quality yeast. quite herbal but with a wonderful citrus kick. very earthy, lots of fresh lemon grass and flowers. easy to drink and pretty refreshing!

On-tap at Moerlein Lager House, Cincinnati, OH
A: The beer is hazy dark yellow in color. It poured with wispy lacing on the surface and a thin ring of bubbles around the edge of the glass; both of these eventually completely faded away.
S: The nose has light to moderate aromas of yeast and peppery spices.
T: Like the smell, the taste has flavors of peppery spices along with notes of yeast and hints of lemon.
M: It feels medium-bodied and very dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This saison is easy to drink and has some nice refreshing properties.
