Presentation: On tap.
Appearance: Pale straw with a creamy white head.
Smell: Thin grain malt aroma with hints of corn (grits).
Taste: Crisp with a thinnish grain and mellow corn grit flavour. Light hop bitterness with an almost water concord grape flavour hits the tongue and a bit of alcohol shows up also.
Notes: Brewed in a traditional American style using corn grits in a cereal mash technique. A nice summer time beer to knock back ...
