On tap at Bar Hop for their Customer Appreciation Night.

Murky golden yellow, no lace or retention. Nose has sweet honey, herbs, chamomile is not overt. Very mild wheat character and sweet malt is dominant. Taste has herbal notes, light tea, honey, banana, and more malt sweetness. Medium heavy palate, undercarbonated for a saison. Drinkable, but not the best presentation of chamomile in a beer.

On tap at Bar Hop First Year Anniversary party. A decent saison yeast aroma. OK drinkability. Nothing special, though not a bad way to consume chamomile rather than via a straight herbal tea. Some spice would be an improvement and make it somewhat interesting.
