330ml bottle poured into a pint glass.
Hazy dark gold in color with lots of fizzy carbonation, the pour builds up massive frothy white effervescence that very well retains itself with excellent retention before slowly subsiding to an everlasting foamy layer atop and leaving lots of lacing here and there.
The aroma is based by its malty backbone of biscuit, grain, and caramel while hop adds mild crispness of citrus, lime, floral, and grass.
Pretty well balance through the palate sensation with malt as a base of the flavor structure providing notes of grain, bread, dough, and caramel. Hop joins in bringing citrus, lime, floral, spice, and mild bitterness (very Cascade). The end is crisp and clean.
The body is medium with good crispness and some lively carbonation that is proper to carry all the things well under the smooth mouthfeel. Finish is dry and clean.
Pretty good hoppy lager with the well balance harmony between malt and hop, refreshing and good to go at any time.
