Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a bright, golden-yellow coloring, with a fluffy white head. Nose of very subtle tart notes, white grape, and toasted grains, with subtle mango fruit highlights. You really have to reach for it to get much more aroma. The flavors are tart and crisp forward, with apple, white grape, lemon rind, mango sweetness, subtle sourness, and a light toasting. Very smooth and balanced, with a solid white wine characteristic at the end. Light, smooth, and crisp in mouth, with a tart fruit aftertaste. Crisp, slightly dry finish. Very refreshing and insanely drinkable.
