Bought a 6 pack of cans from the NSLC.

Appearance: Pour a transparent yellow from the can with a nice looking sud head. The head drops to a lace ring around the rim.

Aroma: Plenty of malt. Detect citrus notes behind all that malt. There is definately some corn.

Taste: A fresher take on the style. Still has that macro finish to it, but you can taste more. Some sweetness in the front palette, finish is metallic and corny.

Mouthfeel: Ever so slighly less carbonated than a typical macro lager, but still very similar. Easy drinking compared to similar styles.

Final Statement: A slight improvement on typical east coast macros. Only it's more expensive and only comes in 6 packs. It's not that much better than the cheaper Wildcat,.

Very basic beer from the East Coast. A slight improvement over most macros. LIght yellow colour with some foamy head. Metallic corn taste and smell. A whiff of citrus. Cannot finish 'er. Very sweet and watery. A whimsical gift from Bob and Jeremy C.
