I had this on tap at the brewery in Flagstaff, AZ in Feb 07. I believe it was a winter release but I could be wrong on that. It was a dark reddish-gold color with a thin tan bubbly head. It had a strong hops aroma and flavor up front, but then the later-taste and aftertaste was more like a brown, with some roasty hints and tones. Nothing really overwhelmed the taste, so it was good and complex.
