Copenhagen 21/7 2015. 50 cl bottle from SuperBrugsen. Blue label in Vestfyens' Willemoes brand design.
Pours light brown with an off-white head. Dissipates fairly fast to s thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer.
Malty sweet aroma with a twist of sourness. Caramel and bread. Tart berries.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is quite sweet with distinct metallic tang of alcohol. A good long sour aftertaste.
Not particularly Belgian and not particularly good.

500 ml bottle, bought in Denmark. BB date 08.06.13. ABV is 7.0%. Artificial colouring (E150c) has been added. Brown colour, moderate head, slightly off-white. Boring aroma of malts and grain, some notes of stale jam in the background. Thin mouthfeel for a 7% beer. The flavour has notes of brown kandij sugar and caramel, but the beer is not very sweet. Mild spicy notes and a little hops in the finish. Tastes better than it smells, but this is not a great "Belgian".
