500 ml bottle, from Fakta, Denmark. Clear pale golden colour, moderate white head. Moderate aroma, a hint of banana, cloves and elderflowers. These notes are more prominent in the flavour, quite good actually.

500ml Bottle: BBD 6th Dec 13. Poured into a Hofbrau Haus Munchner Kindl Wiezenbier glass at home on 22nd Oct 13. I found the bottle in a 'bargain basket' at the Brewery Heritage Center, Burton-on-Trent, of all places.
Thin white head on a 'crystal clear' body of light gold. Carbonation bubbles rising up through the glass.
The nose has a sweet wheat feel with hints of spices: banana, yeast and vanilla notes arrived as it warmed a little.
The taste followed the smells almost to the letter, semi-sweet and wheat laden, with everything else falling in line. The sweetness takes the edge off the crispness, but it is still a lovely refreshing beer when cold.
Really enjoyed the first half of the beer, but as it warmed I thought it lost some of it's charm and became a little sickly and wet cardboardy. Drink it swiftly!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
