Copenhagen 28/2 2017. 33 cl bottle from Aldi. As "Påskens Krudtugle". Very disturbing combination of purple and yellow with the paranoid owl basking around on the label.
Pours clear golden yellow with white bubbly head. Settles as very thin layer of foam. No Lacing.
Aroma is sweet malts with sharp and harsh notes in the background. Metallic notes of alcohol.
Medium strong carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by quite light bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and slightly metallic.
Fairly unpleasant discount strong beer. If you only are looking to get plastered this will get the job done. Otherwise avoid it.
