The colour is yellow-orange; the liquid clear. The white head is two fingers high.
The smell is sour and earthy with some sweetness, yeast and green apples.
The taste is fresh and a bit spicy. Sour wheat, yeast, sour apple flavoured candy, bitter oranges. The aftertaste is fruity and sour with some spices.
The carbonation is very strong (the label states that carbon dioxide was added to the beer). The body is weak; the liquid is a little thick.
An run of the mill-weizen that gets a little heavy in the end.
