500 ml bottle, bought at Voldby Købmandsgård. ABV is 6.5%. Brewed with bottom fermenting yeast. Beautiful dark amber to copper colour, moderate off-white head, nice lacing. Moderate aroma of caramel and leather, hints of spices. The flavour has notes of caramel, with roasty notes and moderate hops in the finish. Not bad.

A deep amber/copper colored clear beer, a rather small off-white head leaving little lacing.
The smell is sweet, honey and fruity, peaches and pears.
The taste is sweet brown bread, bitter oranges, peel and cherry seeds.
Medium low carbonation, small bubbles, soft and smooth, a dry finish.
A good balanced beer, typed "dunkel bock".
