Copenhagen 10/4 2023. 50 cl bottle from Føtex, Frederikssundsvej, Husum. Yellow version of Frejdahl's usual Viking design with Sæhrímnir as logo.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a strong odor of sweet, exotic fruit mingling with light tart notes. Mango in abundance, multi-fruit juice, citrus and white sugar.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, creamy, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong fruity sweetness followed by a light tart sourness. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
More Mango juice than Wit Bier. But not a bad juice.

500 ml bottle, as Frejdahl Miklagaard Mango Witbeer, from BilkaToGo, Skalborg. ABV is 4.8%. Moderately hazy pale golden colour, moderate white head. Strong aroma of artificial mango essence. Flavour with citrus and moderate mango essence. Minimal bitterness.
