Copenhagen 9/5 2017. 50 cl bottle from Føtex. Some herbal plant stuff on the label. Named after some fairly obscure Nordic Fertility Goddess. The Viking style is still going strong.
Pours hay golden orange with bubbly white head. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam.
Aroma is fairly subdued. Sweet fruit intermingling with citrus fruit with some ole refrigerator smell peeking in. Some spicy herbal feel.
Medium strong carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor is intense. Lightly sweet followed by pronounced bitterness. A bit rough. Aftertaste is quite bitter and herbal with dry finish.
A bit surprising that they drink Indian Pale Ale in Valhalla.

500 ml bottle, as Frejdahl Fulla IPA, from BilkaToGo, Skalborg. ABV is 5.7%. Nearly clear golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of piney, floral and herbal hops, a hint of Wiener sausages(!). Light bodied. Citric flavour, hints of lime and green gooseberries. Moderate bittering hops. Drinkable, but not very exciting.
