Golden yellow, turbid Belgian wit, malty aromatic and fruity orange peel, a spicy coriander note, a hoppy aroma and spicy yeast tones, slightly sweet and bitter in the finish.

Copenhagen 13/12 2020. 33 cl bottle from Netto, Utterslevvej, Kbh NV. Frejdahl's usual design with a golden pig with some viking ornaments in the background. As always named after Norse Mythology. This time a evil Dwarf which managed to kill the God Kvaser and made Mjød out of his blood. Somehow fitting.
Pours hazy, golden yellow with a big white head. Settles as thin layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet lemonade-ish odor mingling with a herbal sourness. Citrus, orange and white sugar.. Tart, spicy, herbal sourness. Coriander, herbs.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger, tart, herbal bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish and lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
A bit to the sweet and herbal side. And a bit thin In flavor.
